Kreupasanam Testimony: How the Holy Mother's Intercession Transformed a Family's Life in Canada

Every testimony glorifies God and strengthens the faith of others. The following is the inspiring testimony of Joseph Gregory and his family from Canada, who experienced remarkable blessings upon blessings after making the Kreupasanam Pilgrim Covenant (Udampadi) and placing their complete trust in the Lord through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Five Years of Struggle in Canada

Our family moved to Canada in 2018 with great hopes for a better future. However, the first five years were filled with disappointment and hardship.

Although we were qualified professionals, we could not secure jobs that matched our experience. Whenever we found employment, unexpected difficulties would arise. We struggled financially, emotionally, and spiritually, often wondering when God would answer our prayers.

In November 2023, after hearing the testimonies of others, we travelled to Kreupasanam Marian Shrine and made the Kreupasanam Covenant (Udampadi), surrendering our entire family into the hands of Jesus Christ through the Blessed Virgin Mother.

Little did we know that our lives were about to change.

A Dream That Became Reality

After returning to Canada, I began praying earnestly for a transfer to a better workplace.

Around that time, my wife Kavitha experienced a remarkable dream. The Holy Mother of Kreupasanam appeared to her and showed her a workplace built with distinctive brown bricks. We did not fully understand its meaning then.

Soon afterwards, Kavitha attended an online interview for a new position. She was selected.

When she finally arrived at her new workplace, we were overwhelmed with emotion. It was the exact building that the Holy Mother had shown her in the dream.

For us, this was a clear sign that God was guiding our family through the prayers of the Blessed Mother.

God's Perfect Timing

Another challenge soon arose.

We had to relocate to a place nearly 1,200 kilometres away, but our apartment was not yet ready. We had already booked hotel accommodation and expected to stay two weeks there until the apartment became available.

As we prepared to travel, weather warnings announced a severe snowstorm. We decided to leave much earlier than planned.

When we reached our destination, we received a miracle news.

Our apartment which was supposed to be ready after 15 days, was ready immediately, and the management handed over the keys that very day. Even more astonishing, they waived fifteen days of rent before our official lease began.

Every obstacle that had worried us simply disappeared.

A Safe Pregnancy Against All Odds

About a week after starting her new job, Kavitha became pregnant.

We rejoiced because we had been praying for another child. Yet humanly speaking, we were also afraid.

During her previous pregnancies, Kavitha had experienced numerous medical complications. She suffered from high blood pressure and other health concerns, requiring frequent hospital admissions and constant medical attention. The medications were expensive, and we wondered how we would manage.

Yet we continued trusting in God and remained faithful to our Kreupasanam Covenant.

This pregnancy became completely different from all the previous ones.

Kavitha continued working without needing repeated hospital admissions. She completed her duties normally, received her full salary, and enjoyed a healthy pregnancy without the serious complications that had troubled her before.

Her employer even granted generous leave with full support, something we had never imagined possible.

We truly experienced God's providence in every detail.

Complete Healing from a Life-Threatening Illness

After the baby's birth, another unexpected trial appeared.

Doctors diagnosed Kavitha with Thyroid Storm, a dangerous condition that can become life-threatening. We were informed that she would need lifelong medication.

During one of the Kreupasanam prayers, Father prayed specifically for those suffering from thyroid disorders.

We prayed with complete faith.

At the next medical review, the senior specialist examined her carefully and gave us astonishing news.

The thyroid condition had completely settled, and the doctor informed her that she no longer needed the lifelong medication that had previously been prescribed.

Once again, we witnessed God's healing power.

Blessings Upon Our Children

Our eldest son Abraham had been diagnosed as hyperactive, and doctors suspected that he might be on the autism spectrum.

He could attend school only for a short period each day, and someone always had to remain at home to care for him.

We continued praying, using the blessed articles received through the Covenant, and placing him under the protection of the Blessed Mother.

Gradually, everything changed.

His teachers called us with amazement.

"What are you doing at home? Abraham has changed completely!"

He became one of the best-performing students in his class and was soon able to attend school full-time.

We praise God for this extraordinary blessing.

God's Blessings Extended to My Career

For nearly five years I had searched unsuccessfully for a proper sales position. I accepted temporary jobs simply to provide for my family.

Then, after applying for another position, I received an unexpected phone call.

The interviewer told me:

"We actually didn't have a vacancy in your area. But recently I felt we needed a salesperson there. When I saw your location, I felt I should call you."

I knew this opportunity had come directly from God's providence.

Within only three months of joining the company, I received the Best Employee Award.

The following year I was honoured again as the Best Employee in the company's Canada branch.

Everything that had seemed impossible for years suddenly became possible through God's grace.

A Life Transformed Through Faith

Looking back, we realise that the greatest blessing was not merely receiving good jobs, financial stability, healing, or success.

The greatest miracle was the transformation within our hearts.

The Covenant taught us a profound truth:

God has always been ready to bless us. The real question is whether we are prepared to receive His blessings.

As we surrendered ourselves more completely to God through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we began witnessing His hand in every area of our lives.

Living to Bless Others

Our testimony did not end with receiving blessings.

Today, our family actively helps others in need. We support charitable works, pray with those who are suffering, encourage families to trust God, and share the message of hope wherever we go.

We have also started sharing Covenant prayer materials with people in different languages so that more families can experience the love and mercy of God.

Giving All Glory to God

Every blessing our family has received belongs to God alone.

We thank our Lord Jesus Christ for His endless mercy and thank the Blessed Virgin Mary for her loving intercession.

May this testimony strengthen everyone who is facing struggles, disappointments, sickness, unemployment, or family difficulties.

Trust in the Lord. Remain faithful in prayer. Surrender your life completely to Him.

God's timing is always perfect, and no prayer offered with faith ever goes unanswered.

"Jesus Restored My Career, Reputation and Family Life Through the Kreupasanam Udampadi"

"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope." (Jeremiah 29:11)

I am Dr. Caroline Paulson, an ophthalmologist working in Dubai. Today, with a heart full of gratitude, I wish to share the wonderful interventions that the Lord granted me through the intercession of our Blessed Mother at Kreupasanam.

A few years ago, I was going through one of the most difficult periods of my professional life. I was employed in a reputed clinic in Dubai where the management constantly pressured doctors to generate more revenue. Along with this pressure, the surgical equipment provided for eye surgeries was inadequate and unreliable.

As an eye surgeon, this situation deeply troubled me. During that period, two of my patients developed complications following surgery. Although other doctors helped manage the situation, the incidents affected me emotionally and professionally. My confidence was shaken, and my reputation as a doctor suffered greatly.

At that time, one of my friends, Dr. Jolsna, introduced me to the Kreupasanam Udampadi prayer movement. Feeling helpless and burdened, I joined the Online Udambadi in February 2025 and later came personally to Kreupasanam and made the Pilgrim Udampadi on July 4, 2025.

Around the same time, I attended several job interviews hoping for a better opportunity, but none of them were successful. However, after making the Udampadi with Jesus Christ through Mother Mary's intercession, doors that had remained closed suddenly opened.

By the grace of God, I received an appointment in another reputed hospital in Dubai. It was truly a gift from Jesus through the prayers and intercession of Kreupasanam Mother Mary.

The Lord did not stop there.

At my new hospital, despite facing difficult situations and major professional challenges, I have not experienced a single surgical error. The confidence I had lost was restored. Slowly, my reputation as a doctor returned, and I was able to serve my patients with peace and assurance once again.

The blessings were not limited to my career alone.

For nearly seven to eight years, my family had been carrying misunderstandings and emotional wounds. Through participation in the Kreupasanam Sandhya Prayer and through the special prayers for departed souls encouraged at Kreupasanam, many of these long-standing issues were resolved. Peace gradually entered our family life.

I also began attending the weekly retreats conducted by Rev. Fr. V. P. Joseph and shared Kreupasanam publications and newsletters with my colleagues in the hospitals where I worked. Many of them began reading the Word of God and experienced spiritual growth.

Most importantly, I received an inner peace that I had never experienced before.

The anger, sadness, disappointments and emotional burdens that had accumulated over many years slowly disappeared. During the crossroads of my life, Jesus, through the loving intercession of Mother Mary, held my hand and guided me forward.

Today I firmly believe that no problem is too great for Jesus.

Human efforts alone cannot solve every difficulty. Professional skills, experience, intelligence and hard work are important, but ultimately it is the grace of God that opens impossible doors and brings healing to broken situations.

As an act of gratitude for the blessings I received, I try to help those who struggle financially and support charitable causes whenever possible.

To anyone who is going through severe trials in career, family life or personal struggles, I wish to say this:

Do not lose hope.

Make an Udampadi with Jesus through the intercession of Mother Mary. Trust in the Lord completely. The Lord who guided Abraham through his testing period and the Lord who strengthened me in my trials will surely guide you too.

"Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide himself anymore, but your eyes shall see your Teacher. And when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left, your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'"

"Our Lady of Kreupasanam Brought Us Here" – The Inspiring Testimony of Sathi, a Hindu Woman from Vaikom

"At the sacred altar of Kreupasanam, where I believe our Blessed Mother reveals her living presence, my son and I stand today only because she herself brought us here. All glory and thanksgiving belong to Mother Mary and to Lord Jesus Christ."

My name is Sathi, and I am a Hindu woman from Vaikom, Kerala. I work as a Nurse Assistant at Kottayam Medical College.

My journey to Kreupasanam began through my friend Ambika, who lovingly introduced me to the Shrine and encouraged me to make the Kreupasanam Udambadi (Covenant Prayer). On 4 July 2023, I made my first Udambadi with one heartfelt intention—that my son Vishnu would receive God's blessing for a secure government job.

A Mother's Desire

More than anything else, I wanted my son to participate in the 23rd Kreupasanam Rosary Rally.

Unfortunately, I could not attend because I was unable to get leave from my duties at the Medical College. I was deeply disappointed, but I continued praying with faith.

When preparations began for the 24th Rosary Rally in October 2024, I joined the Akhanda Japamala (Perpetual Rosary) online and prayed every day.

Just then, another obstacle arose.

My son informed me that he would be unable to attend the Rosary Rally because his PSC examination was scheduled for the very same day.

As a mother, my heart was broken.

I prayed earnestly:

"Mother, after all these prayers, please don't let this opportunity pass us by."

Mother Mary's Loving Intervention

Later, someone in our prayer group informed me that there was a Volunteers' Rosary Rally a week before the main rally.

Immediately, my son and I decided to attend.

We reached Kreupasanam and prayerfully participated in the rally.

Afterwards, someone asked,

"Didn't you come last week to receive Father V. P. Joseph's blessing? It would have been a great blessing for your son's government job."

Hearing this made me very sad because I thought we had missed that opportunity forever.

With tears in our eyes, my son and I prayed a heartfelt Hail Mary.

As we were returning home through Marari Beach, we stopped for a short rest.

To my great surprise, I suddenly saw Rev. Fr. V. P. Joseph, accompanied by Sr. Jomol and a few others, walking nearby.

I immediately called my son.

We approached Father and explained,

"Father, my son cannot come next week because he has his examination. That is why we participated in today's rally."

Father smiled warmly and asked,

"What is your name?"

"My name is Vishnu," my son replied.

Then Father blessed him saying,

"Go and write your examination. You will do well. One day you will come back here and give your testimony."

Father blessed both of us.

At that very moment, I felt deep within my heart that our Blessed Mother had heard my prayers.

The Examination

On the day of his examination, my son prepared himself with great faith.

Before leaving home, he prayed.

He reverently used the blessed oil and blessed salt from Kreupasanam and carried blessed salt with him.

As he entered the examination hall, he silently prayed once again.

At that very moment, he noticed a church standing nearby.

Immediately, peace filled his heart.

He believed Mother Mary was walking with him.

He wrote the examination with complete confidence.

An Unexpected Blessing

When the PSC results were finally published, we were overwhelmed with joy.

My son Vishnu secured the 42nd Rank.

Soon afterwards, he received his Government Appointment Order.

Holding that appointment order in our hands, we returned to Kreupasanam—not to ask for another miracle, but to offer thanksgiving.

Every blessing belonged to God.

A Promise to Continue Serving

During the Rosary Rally I made another promise.

As long as God gives me health, my son and I will continue serving as volunteers during the Kreupasanam Rosary Rallies.

We also distribute Kreupasanam newspapers and continue sharing the devotion with others.

Today our entire family has deep faith in Lord Jesus Christ and Mother Mary.

Before leaving home each day, we pray together.

My son often says,

"Mom, please apply the blessed oil."

Then together we ask Jesus and Mother Mary to protect us wherever we go.

We regularly pray the Rosary, read the Holy Bible, visit poor and sick people, help orphanages, and support those who have no one to care for them.

Whenever possible, I also send a small monthly contribution to an elderly woman who has no one to look after her.

Protected from a Serious Accident

One day, while returning home near Kallara, our motorcycle suddenly skidded and overturned.

Within moments we found ourselves dangerously close to an oncoming KSRTC bus.

Looking back, I firmly believe that Mother Mary protected us.

We escaped with only minor scratches.

Had things happened differently, I might not be alive today.

Once again, I thanked Jesus and our Blessed Mother for their loving protection.

Vishnu's Testimony

Vishnu also wishes to thank God for every blessing in his life.

Although it was I who made the Udambadi, my son prayed faithfully every single day.

Before every examination, he prayed with the blessed oil and blessed salt from Kreupasanam.

By God's grace, he was included in both the LGSS and LDSS rank lists.

He began his government service in the LGSS department on 7 May and continues to trust God for further opportunities, including the LDC rank list.

In his own words,

"Everything I have today is because of God. I thank Jesus Christ and Mother Mary countless times. This government job is not the result of my own abilities. It is a blessing received through the intercession of my Kreupasanam Mother. All glory belongs to God alone."

A Life Transformed by Faith

What began as the prayer of a worried Hindu mother seeking God's help for her son became a journey of deep faith in Jesus Christ through the loving intercession of Mother Mary.

Today, Sathi and Vishnu continue to return to Kreupasanam—not merely to ask for blessings, but to thank God for His countless mercies.

Their testimony stands as a witness that sincere prayer, unwavering faith, and complete trust in God can transform lives in extraordinary ways.
